- No Parties or Events: Gleann Fia House is designed for relaxation and family gatherings — parties or events are not permitted.
- Guests: The property is licensed for up to 8 guests only. Unregistered visitors are not permitted.
- Pets: One well-behaved pet is welcome by prior arrangement (additional charge applies).
- EV Charging: Electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property. Noise: Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10pm.

- By Car: Driving is the easiest way to explore the area. Free on-site parking is available for up to four vehicles, and the scenic roads around Loch Long, Inveraray, and Glencoe are ideal for day trips.
- By Train: Arrochar & Tarbet Station is only a five-minute drive away, with regular services to Glasgow, Oban, and Fort William. By Bus: Local buses connect Arrochar to nearby villages, Loch Lomond, and Helensburgh.
- By Air: The nearest major airport is Glasgow International, approximately one hour’s drive away.
- On Foot or Bike: Many walking and cycling routes start directly from the village — perfect for exploring the lochs and mountains without getting back in the car.
While the setting feels wonderfully remote, everything you need — shops, cafés, and restaurants — is just a short distance away.
