Terms & Conditions – Gleann Fia House

  • Booking A £100 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your stay. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Pre-Check-In & Security Deposit

  • Prior to arrival, guests must complete a short pre-check-in form and provide a valid payment method for a £500 damage deposit authorisation. This is a pre-authorisation only — no funds are taken unless required for damages or breaches of terms. The authorisation will be processed the day before your stay and released shortly after departure once the property has been inspected.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival – no charge (deposit retained). Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival – 50% of total booking cost charged. Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival or no-shows – full balance charged. We recommend guests take out suitable travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

Visitors & Occupancy

  • Gleann Fia House is licensed for a maximum of 8 guests. Only registered guests are permitted on the property or its grounds. If more than 8 guests arrive or unauthorised visitors are found on site, the booking will be terminated immediately without refund.

Liability

  • The owners accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, personal injury, or death occurring within the property or grounds during your stay. Guests are advised to take all reasonable precautions and ensure suitable travel insurance is in place.

Breach of Terms

  • We reserve the right to terminate your stay immediately and without refund if house rules are breached, if unauthorised guests are present, or if behaviour causes disturbance, damage, or nuisance to neighbours or the local community.
